How we look after your details
Pandora is a members club at Unit 2, Ledgard Way, Armley, Leeds LS12 2ND. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us if you want it changed or removed.
What we collect
When you apply for membership we ask for your name, address, email, membership type, and optionally your FabSwingers name and a partner’s name. We also record whether you are happy to hear from us about news and events.
Why we collect it
We use this information to process your membership, verify who you are (photo ID is required on your first visit), and - only if you tick the box - to send club news and event updates. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
Who sees it
Applications submitted through this website are sent to us by email. Club staff who handle membership then keep those details for running the club. We do not publish membership applications.
How long we keep it
We keep membership records while you are a member, and for as long as we reasonably need them afterwards for club administration and safety. Marketing emails stop as soon as you ask us to stop.
